Oven Ranges

Commercial oven ranges are a staple of every commercial kitchen and hospitality facility. Available in a wide variety of different sizes, internal capacities, power sources and additional features, there is sure to be an oven that perfectly suits your needs. Oven ranges offer the benefit of a 2-in-1 appliance that helps to maximise utility in a small kitchen. When purchasing your next oven you need to consider the types of food you want to cook and the capacity of your restaurant.

  • Natural Gas: Natural gas is one of the cleanest burning fossil fuels, making it an environmentally friendly choice for your kitchen. Natural gas offers instant heat in comparison to an electric oven range and is never impacted by power cuts.

  • LPG: LPG offers many benefits when used in a commercial setting such as more temperature control, faster cooking rates and less emission of heat resulting in lower kitchen temperatures.

  • Electric: Electric oven ranges offer convenience as they aren’t as labour intensive to install. Electric oven ranges often come with more features than gas ovens, however, electricity prices are higher than gas prices so your costs may be higher.

  • Capacity: The internal capacity of an oven range needs to be carefully considered. Ensure the oven range you choose can handle the volume of food you intend to cook.

  • Configuration: The setup of the cooktop is an important consideration. Cooktops are available with 4, 6 or 8 burners, as well as griddle/burner combinations.
